YOUR TASKS

• KPI Framework: Co-develop KPIs and the underlying steering model together with business users to ensure strategic alignment and operational relevance. Translate business goals into measurable indicators and a shared performance logic.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business needs into technical BI specs, align stakeholders and data teams, gather requirements via workshops, and drive solution adoption through demos, training, and feedback.
• Project Management: Lead BI and analytics projects by defining milestones and success criteria, coordinating internal and external teams, managing risks, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations
• Performance Analytics: Analyze performance data to uncover trends and improvement levers, support strategic decisions with ad hoc and recurring analyses, and translate insights into actions in collaboration with business and controlling teams.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with end user and engineering teams to enhance reporting platforms, drive automation and data integration; stay current on BI trends.
• Data Culture: Drive BI-related change initiatives by promoting a shared understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and data definitions across teams. Foster a data-literate culture by designing and delivering targeted training sessions.
• Data Governance: Develop and maintain governance frameworks that define data ownership, access rights, and quality standards to ensure consistent and secure data usage across all BI initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a comparable educational background.
• Professional Experience: Several years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data-driven project management – ideally gained in cross-functional and agile international environments.
• Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of BI concepts, data warehousing, KPI frameworks, and the application of machine learning in business contexts. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and reporting best practices.
• Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Power BI. Good knowledge of SQL/Python for data exploration and transformation.
• Agile Collaboration: Confidently navigate agile working environments. Collaborate iteratively with cross-functional teams, embrace continuous feedback, and adapt flexibly to changing priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Hands-on mentality: Embrace a culture of total ownership by driving topics independently. Tackle challenges pragmatically, stay focused on outcomes, and solve problems proactively.
• Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus,
