Responsibilities

• You take over the active support and program adaptations of the control and automation technology on the machine controls

• You will optimize and expand the process sequences and support commissioning in the production environment

• You will carry out parameterization and adjustment work on electrical assemblies

• You are independently responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of systems and investment projects

• You will carry out fault analyses and troubleshooting on the production systems and take care of the documentation

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor's degree (or will have one in less than a year) in electrical engineering/automation technology. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification such as technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering/automation technology.

• You have extensive specialist knowledge of PLC control technology (Simatic S7, TIA Portal, safety controllers) as well as network technology and bus systems

• You have experience in the field of drive technology (frequency converters) and in the creation of electrical plans

• You have desirably already gained initial professional experience in the industrial sector

• You have initial experience with continuous improvement (CIP)

• You have IT skills and are fluent in written and spoken German

• You have preferably already gained experience with EAM tools for managing and improving technical facilities
