Job summary
A government organization in Vancouver is seeking an experienced facilities manager to oversee operations, including staff management, budget control, and infrastructure maintenance. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of relevant experience and have a college education or equivalent. The role requires a client-focused, organized individual who is reliable and a team player. The position is on-site only, with no remote work options.

Responsibilities
- Plan and organize the operations of the facilities.
- Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
- Oversee installation of real estate infrastructures.
- Oversee leasing and marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage the operations budget.
- Direct administrative services such as maintenance and safety.
