Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Food and Beverage Server in Cold Lake, Canada. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences. Ideal candidates should have a secondary school certificate and 1-2 years of experience in food service. Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with liquor regulations.
Qualifications
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience in food service.
- Passion for hospitality and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment.
- Describe menu items including daily specials.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Advise on menu selections.
- Clear and clean tables.
- Greet patrons and present menus.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
