Title: IT Admin
Location: Brampton, ON
Wage: $28.00 hourly
Shift: 9 am to 5 pm (may be required to start later). Flexibility to work after hours and weekends would be an asset.
Shifts available: Monday - Friday

We are looking for an IT Support Technician for our client who specializes in manufacturing precision parts for a wide range of application areas in the automotive sector, including motors, fuel injection, transmissions, steering, camshafts, brakes, sensors, and chassis. Key Responsibilities:

1. Deploy and configure workstations with preloaded system images
2. Install and fine-tune Windows workstation applications
3. Set up and maintain Outlook email configurations
4. Identify and troubleshoot network wiring concerns

Technical Skills & Experience:

1. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration
2. Experience managing domain users with least privilege security measures
3. Practical expertise in Hyper-V and virtual machine setup
4. Proficient in configuring and managing Synology NAS systems
5. Strong background in Sophos firewall setup and security optimization
6. Expertise in overseeing Ubiquiti networking equipment, including switches and access points
