Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of relevant public accounting or tax experience.
- Completion of, or working towards a CPA designation.
- Working knowledge of the Canadian Income Tax Act.
Responsibilities
- Complete tax engagements and prepare tax returns.
- Set up files for new clients and incorporated businesses.
- Evaluate business processes and advise on tax changes.
- Investigate discrepancies and discuss resolutions with teams.
- Correspond with clients on tax compliance issues.
- Lead engagement teams and mentor junior members.
