Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an IT Technician in Dauphin, Manitoba, to perform technical interventions and maintain computer equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be available for emergency calls during evenings and weekends. A car and driver's license are required, along with a clean criminal record. Salary is based on experience.

Main responsibilities :
- Perform technical interventions on the road;
- Repair, installation, maintenance and upkeep of computer equipment at the customer's premises; (computers, POS, printers, etc.)
- Communication with customers;
- Preparation and organization of documentation required for service calls;
- Training / certification required by our clients to assist in the calls;
- Be available evenings and weekends for emergencies;
- Inventory management.
