Job summary
A retail company in Yukon is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Bonanza Market. This role is essential for ensuring excellent customer service and effective team leadership while overseeing daily grocery store operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of retail experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- 2–5 years of retail experience, preferably in grocery.
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising day-to-day store operations.
- Supervise cashiers and staff, and assist with hiring.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders.
