This role will require you to leverage your skills and experience to drive a culture of excellence, focus, and collaboration. As a Process Coach‑Maintenance, you will oversee the repair and preventative maintenance of all equipment. You will also be responsible for ensuring departmental productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets are achieved for all equipment on your shift.
