Job summary
Un restaurant dynamique à Alliston, Ontario, recherche un superviseur qualifié avec 2-3 ans d'expérience. Vous serez responsable de l'évaluation des opérations, de la supervision et de la formation du personnel, tout en veillant à la satisfaction des clients et en maintenant la conformité aux règlements sanitaires. Des certifications en manipulation des aliments et en sécurité sont requises. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement rapide, en mettant l'accent sur la qualité et le service clientèle.
Qualifications
- Expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans un rôle similaire.
- Certificat de manipulation sécuritaire des aliments.
- Certificat WHMIS requis.
Responsibilities
- Évaluer les opérations quotidiennes.
- Superviser et former le personnel.
- Gérer les opérations de la cuisine.
- Maintenir l'inventaire et la documentation.
- Créer des menus et estimer les besoins alimentaires.
