Restaurant Assistant Manager role at Philthy Philly's.
Responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Address customers\' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Direct and control daily operations

- On site (work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.)
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Or equivalent experience

- Computer and technology knowledge : Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS Office, MS Outlook
