The ideal candidate has a strong background in tax preparation, compliance, and advisory services. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing strategic tax planning advice. • Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide guidance, and offer proactive tax advice.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations to provide informed recommendations and guidance to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA Designation. CICA In-Depth Tax Program an asset.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.
