Applicants should be familiar with basic quantum mechanics applied to semiconductors and device physics at the level which the course is being taught. Preference will be given to those with previous experience with this course.

A valid driver’s license is required for off campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment
