Job summary
A leading mortgage services company in Toronto is seeking an Associate Director, Capital Markets to enhance competitive capital for commercial loan origination. The candidate will manage investor relationships, oversee deal communications, and execute transactions effectively. A successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in real estate finance, excellent relationship management skills, and advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools.
