Futurpreneur is a national non-profit organization that empowers young, diverse entrepreneurs, aged 18-39, to start, buy, or grow their businesses in Canada by providing loans, mentorship, and resources.
Founded in 1996, we have supported over 20,000 young entrepreneurs, promoting entrepreneurship among Canadian youth as a vital pillar for economic diversification, employment creation, and sustainable development.
Futurpreneur is a founding member of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance, the Canadian representative of Youth Business International, and the host of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW).

Here’s the opportunity:
The bilingual Entrepreneurship Coach, Women Entrepreneurs will primarily work with young francophone and women entrepreneurs and mentors, serving as a key resource during the idea and business plan development stages, as well as post-launch. This role involves delivering training, coaching, advisory services, and additional support throughout their entrepreneurial journey with Futurpreneur.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Community Engagement, you will collaborate with a national team of Entrepreneurship Coaches and other client-facing teams (Business Development, Client Services, Communities) to ensure an exceptional client experience that highlights the value of Futurpreneur’s offerings.
This is a permanent full-time position, based anywhere in Canada, with a preference for Montreal, QC, or Toronto, ON. The role operates under a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
