Position Overview

The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling parts, components and/or products using a variety of tools and/or equipment in accordance with the specifications, processes and procedures required for products in a manufacturing environment.

Role and responsibilities
  • Assemble and build mechanical systems with the support of step‑by‑step work instruction software
  • Responsible for the installation of fasteners, hardware, and sealant
  • Ensure quality and self‑inspection is carried out as per procedure.
  • Prepare products for shipment.
  • All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
  • Competency in the use of various pneumatic and electric tools
  • Being able to lift metal pieces of 50 pounds.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and align productivity with the organization's performance indicators and objectives.
  • Adaptability, learning, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good manual dexterity, meticulousness, and resourcefulness.
