Diner Team Leader: Guest Experience & Operations
Job summary
A local diner in Alberta is seeking a dedicated Diner Team Member to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations. The ideal candidate will interact with customers, assist with food preparation and cleaning, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment. Food service experience is preferred, and flexibility in working hours is required. Join us to contribute to a positive dining experience!
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation and plating of food when needed.
- Keep dining areas clean and organized at all times.
- Work closely with fellow team members to maintain smooth operation.
- Accurately handle cash, process payments, and issue receipts.
