Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 30 hours per week.
Compensation: $36.60/ hour
Benefits: WCB Coverage with 4% vacation pay.

Key Duties
  • Supervise security guards to ensure post orders are followed, established rounds are completed and adequate reports are filled.
  • Evaluate, assess, and analyze the performance of the security guards.
  • Prepare work schedules, procedures, and patrol priorities.
  • Train new staff members in the job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Resolve work-related problems or issues.
  • Prepare and submit up-to-date reports, timesheets, staff evaluation reports, and site safety, risk, and quality assurance assessments.
  • Patrol several of the sites to ensure site safety and ensure a security guard is on site.
  • Communicate effectively with management.
  • Proactively respond and resolve emergency situations and conflicts.
