  • Support and track tooling and raw material transfers between sites to ensure parts can be manufactured on schedule.
  • Evaluate parts that were previously no‑quoted and identify opportunities to expand site capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Methods and Engineering to develop business cases for capability expansion, including cost, tooling, process requirements, and expected ROI.
  • Provide cross‑site communication and coordination to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing plans.
  • Monitor site‑level performance indicators and assist in developing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
Secondary Responsibilities – Estimating Support
  • Support Estimating with analysis of labor, material, service, and burden costs when required.
  • Assist with RFQ preparation, vendor cost collection, and data validation.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of estimates and Quote Masters in the ERP system.
  • Support the review and actioning of the Estimating Quote Log as needed.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Tooling, and Quality to ensure technical data is available for estimating new parts or processes.
