This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager looking to make a measurable impact in a company where initiative, relationship-building, and solution-oriented thinking are highly valued. Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager, you will lead the development and growth of the company’s sales initiatives across its integrated lines of business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth across commercial interiors, lab solutions, construction services, and flooring solutions.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with strategic objectives, contributing directly to revenue expansion.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, facility managers, contractors, and institutional clients.
    • Represent the company at industry events, project meetings, and networking functions to deepen market presence.
  • Proposal Development & Sales Execution
    • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and project specifications.
    • Deliver persuasive presentations and solution-based pitches tailored to the needs of each client.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with operations, project management, procurement, and divisional leads to ensure seamless project handover and execution.
    • Support internal coordination to maintain alignment on timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Maintain a strong, organized sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business planning.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience
    • A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
    • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within commercial interiors, construction, furniture, laboratory equipment/FF&E, or related sectors.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
    • Familiarity with project-based sales cycles, quoting, and spec-driven procurement is an asset.
  • Key Competencies
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • A proactive mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
    • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
