As a Senior Business Operations Support Manager, you will drive operational excellence, support critical cross-functional initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of business processes across the organization. You’ll partner with stakeholders in multiple departments to optimize workflows, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver measurable results that advance Upwork’s strategic goals. You’ll leverage data insights to guide decisions, and champion automation to streamline operations, free up resources, and scale impact. This role will report to the Chief of Staff to the CFO.

This position will initially be employed through a partner to ensure a seamless hiring process while we establish the hub. Once the hub is established, there may be opportunities to transition to employment with Upwork depending on business needs and other requirements.
