A leading Canadian manufacturing company in Montreal is seeking an IT Site Lead to manage IT operations, ensuring the reliability and security of all on-site systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields and 7–10 years of experience. Responsibilities include IT-OT integration and supporting digital initiatives. The IT Site Lead is a strategic leader within the plant, responsible for ensuring the efficient, secure, and continuous operation of all IT systems, processes, and digital initiatives on site. Reporting into the divisional IT Business Partner organization and working in close partnership with the Plant General Manager, this role serves as the primary conduit between Plant Operations and Enterprise IT, overseeing both day‑to‑day technology enablement and long‑term digital transformation.

Knowledge of English is required for this specific position as Kruger deals with partners across North America and the successful candidate will be required to communicate frequently with them. Kruger has taken all reasonable steps to avoid imposing English language requirements, including assessing the actual language needs associated with the duties to be performed, ensuring that the language skills already required of other employees were insufficient for the performance of those duties, and limiting as much as possible the number of positions with duties requiring English language skills.
