Our client, a well-established and award-winning insurance brokerage based in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to join their growing team. This role is well suited for a claims professional with approximately 3–5 years of experience across a mix of claim types who is ready to broaden their skill set within a high-performing team.
Assist with the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of insurance claims
Communicate with insureds, claimants, witnesses, and vendors throughout the claims process
Review documentation, gather facts, and assess coverage and damages
Coordinate inspections, repairs, and other claim-related services as needed
Maintain accurate and organized claim files in accordance with company procedures
Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders to ensure a positive claims experience
Follow established workflows while managing a moderate claims workload efficiently
3–5 years of claims adjusting experience across a mix of claim types
High school diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Strong working knowledge of insurance fundamentals and claims processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset
EPIC experience would be an added bonus
