Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist

We’re growing fast and want you on our team. We’re looking for English social media experts who love jumping into conversations, crafting content that connects, and keeping digital communities safe and welcoming.

This is a remote position open to permanent residents of Canada. You must be willing to work a mix of the following shifts, including weekends.

• Days: 8 AM–4 PM Central Time
• Evenings: 4 PM–12 AM Central Time
• Overnights: 12 AM–8 AM Central Time

You must be available to be scheduled a mix of these shifts throughout the week and on weekends. Schedule restrictions are not accommodated.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Moderating and responding to comments across clients’ social channels using their brand voice.
• Writing thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
• Ensuring online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
• Escalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed.
• Becoming a true extension of our clients’ brands – understanding their strategy, tone, and audience.

What You Bring to the Table

• High‑level proficiency in English with strong cultural awareness; additional languages are an asset.
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
• Flexibility to work any shift, any day – including weekends.
• Professional experience managing social platforms, especially moderating and engaging.
• Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences.
• Familiarity with major social platforms.
• Interest in the content you’ll moderate, whether tech, retail, food, hospitality, or tourism.
• Organizational reliability and excellent customer‑service instincts.
• Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.

Whether you’re looking for full‑time (32–40 hrs/week) or part‑time (24–32 hrs/week), we’ve got you covered. Each shift is 8 hrs; we ask for flexibility across the schedule above.

The hourly pay range is $16.75 to $17.00 CAD or minimum wage in your province – whichever is higher. Pay within that range depends on experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits such as medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and more are available to hourly employees working a minimum of 22 hrs per week.
