The Opportunity
Zurich Canada is seeking a Sr. Underwriting Services & Operations Manager – Energy, Marine & Construction to lead and develop our Underwriting Account Servicing team, delivering customer-specific, value-added services for large and mid-size accounts. This hybrid role reports to the VP, Head of Multinational & National Account Underwriting Operations and focuses on motivating and guiding the team to achieve operational excellence, ensuring outstanding client service, and driving continuous improvement across the Strategic Business Unit. Your leadership will influence our customer, broker, and distributor experience and help shape the business for future growth.
