• Superior customer service skills
• Professional, outgoing, positive and approachable attitude
• Experience working in the customer service industry, preferably in a retail setting
• Experience in the lumber, and/or building supply industry – 3+ years considered an asset
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software – Biztrack experience considered an asset
• Must be available to work all store hours: days, evenings and weekends
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring product is in good working condition and properly maintained for customer satisfaction
• Excellent problem-solving skills
