About the role
IPS – IRP Med is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) responsible for partnering across the HR function to deliver value-added services that align with business objectives. The HRBP will maintain business literacy, act as a change agent, lead talent management, and implement integrated HR solutions.
This position is based in San Clemente, CA, supporting IRP Med and ABBA Roller in Ontario, CA, with travel between locations as needed.

Job Responsibilities
- Consult with management and provide HR guidance.
- Analyze trends and develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
- Ensure legal compliance and partner with legal as needed.
- Guide performance management and employee development.
- Support onboarding, workforce planning, and training initiatives.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HR programs, laws, and regulations.
- Experience in HR projects and influencing organizational planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience with certifications.
Experience : At least 5 years in HR, with broad knowledge across HR disciplines.
