The Raw Materials Coordinator position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing direct support to the Manufacturing Associate Leader and Manufacturing Associate Supervisors.

- Responsible for materials availability of all cans, bottles, lids, bib bags, corrugate, and miscellaneous materials for the production site
- Provide material forecast to all raw material suppliers for the production site
- Perform daily and weekly reconciliation of all raw material ingredient usage
- Track and communicate promotional raw material inventories to minimize write-offs
- Ensure supplier defective materials are processed via Damage Material Report (DMR) timely
- Drive resolution of issues relating to supply and quality of raw materials for the production site
- Complete APS transactions
- Complete all period-end inventory reconciliation processes
- Follow all GCS requirements
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Effective communication and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional follow-up and initiative
- Two-year associate's degree or equivalent
