Strategic Planning & Market Positioning

• Develop and implement sector-specific marketing strategies aligned with the business goals.
• Define compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to the sector's obstacles and priorities.
• Build integrated growth plans, including target identification, winning strategies, and tactical execution.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.

Market & Industry Engagement

• Manage engagement and investment with key industry associations and buying groups in the BSC and education markets, including BSCAI, WFBSC, CCA, NSA, Omnia, Equalis, Healthy Green Schools, FSPMA and others.
• Leverage and grow strategic partnerships and channel relationships to expand market share, accelerate growth, and maximize profitability.
• Position the company as a thought leader through content, webinars and industry events.

Customer Insights & Solution Development

• Direct initiatives to gather and integrate voice of customer insights.
• Work cross functionally with sales, portfolio marketing and channel teams to develop and deploy innovations, winning value propositions and training programs.

Marketing & Demand Generation

• Oversee sector-specific marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement and demand.
• Partner with channel stakeholders to enhance demand generation and market penetration.

Budget Management

• Manage and optimize budget allocations and overall spend to maximize return on investment and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field with 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience; preferably B2B marketing experience.
• Proven success in sector-specific marketing.
• Experience in strategic market planning, segmentation and positioning.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, customer insights and market positioning.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Skilled in leadership development and brand storytelling.
• Experienced with digital marketing channels, demand generation and content strategy.
• Experience managing industry partnerships.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior sales and key account management or other customer facing experience is preferred.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $121,500.00 and $202,500.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
