Job summary
A local landscaping company in Victoria is looking for Anti-Ice / Snow removal Crew Members for the upcoming season. Offering competitive compensation of $40 per hour, this role involves snow and ice removal from outdoor areas during evening shifts. - Shift: Evening/Graveyard (4-10 hours)
- Duration: November 2025 to March 2026
- Average Call-Out for anti-ice : 20-30 days
- Includes: Stat holidays and weekends
- Work side-by-side with experienced leads in industrial and commercial properties.
- Clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other designated areas.
- Apply salt or other de-icing materials as required.
- Use shovels and other equipment to remove snow.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working pace.
- No prior experience required (but is an asset)
- Willingness to thrive in evening/graveyard shifts.
- Must have personal protective equipment (PPE) and appropriate winter clothing
- Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
- Capability to handle call-outs, including weekends and holidays.
