Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users, and utilities through calls and visits
Create and implement sales strategies in collaboration with leadership and Outside Sales
Provide technical consultation to customers regarding electrical solutions and identify cross-selling opportunities
Prepare quotes, manage project statuses, and ensure accurate processing of customer transactions
Attend customer events and trade shows to support business development efforts
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in the electrical industry and business-to-business sales
Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in computer and data entry skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems effectively
Capability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the electrical industry with a focus on business-to-business sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships
Familiarity with electrical solutions and technical aspects of the industry
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making
