A leading fitness company is seeking an Associate & Labour Relations Advisor for a remote role. This position involves conducting workplace investigations, guiding management on HR policies, and supporting associates' queries. Candidates should have experience in HR, strong interpersonal skills, and be knowledgeable about Canadian employment legislation. The role offers a starting salary of $65,000 with potential bonuses, and emphasizes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
This role is responsible for providing guidance and assistance to key players within the organization on performance management, employment law, and termination matters. The individual will also be knowledgeable concerning applicable legislation. They will guide Associate Relations issues and matters for all positions across multiple provinces within the organization to support an appropriate and friendly Fit4Less workplace environment for all Associates.
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $65,000. This position is eligible for bonuses in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $65,000 - $87,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
