A leading global travel platform is seeking a strategic leader to expand its Homes supply across Canada. The ideal candidate will manage a team of Market Managers, executing acquisition strategies and ensuring alignment with national priorities. With over 10 years of experience in operations and a strong understanding of the Canadian market, you will drive growth and optimize performance. This role is remote eligible, with the flexibility for occasional office attendance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in global operations or business development.
- 3+ years in a people-leadership role managing teams.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian travel and hospitality landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Market Managers to grow Airbnb’s Homes supply.
- Design and execute acquisition strategies for new supply.
