Toptal is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for continuing to scale Performance Marketing at Toptal. In this role, you will optimize paid media and manage specific aspects of Toptal’s global SEM, paid social & display campaigns, with the objective of acquiring quality clients who are looking to tap into Toptal’s highly skilled talent and professional services. You will be supported by full-scale Business Analytics, Creative and Customer teams to tackle all aspects of the channel, from strategy to execution to analysis.
You will be expected to be both a facilitator and generator of world-class growth performance marketing ideas that are put into action at Toptal. You will contribute to our performance marketing outcomes from every aspect, including facilitating, generating, organizing, planning, and executing all performance marketing ideas and techniques.

SVP of Marketing Strategy
As Toptal’s SVP of Marketing Strategy, Luiz is accountable for driving the strategy and implementation across all Marketing channels and initiatives. He’s responsible for ensuring that all Marketing deliverables are aligned with our growth strategy and are at the highest quality level to align with Toptal’s level of excellence. Before Toptal, Luiz built and led corporate strategy and partnership teams in various industries, from Private Equity, Management Consulting, Tech, and Healthcare. He had been designing strategy, driving growth, and managing partnerships in organizations like Booz & Company, Accenture, DaVita, Sling TV, and Burger King. Luiz has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
VP of Performance Marketing
As Toptal's VP of Performance Marketing, Todd is responsible for the continued growth and ROI of all paid media channels globally. Prior to Toptal, Todd received “Rising Star” recognition by Adweek for delivering record-setting revenue while leading marketing & sales for CNBC Disruptor Flock Freight. Todd's other executive experience includes CMO at Series D MedTech startup Medable, as well as launching & scaling Edelman’s Performance Marketing offering to $200M/yr in media managed. Todd has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.
