About the Role:

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Manager of Business Development. As part of our global expansion, you'll be helping us deliver our innovative products and award-winning programs, designed to create lasting impact and offer exceptional value to clients worldwide. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage in weekly training sessions via phone/Zoom and actively contribute to our global team presence
  • Implement proven marketing strategies to generate and qualify new leads
  • Conduct market research to identify and explore new business opportunities; including growth areas, trends, and potential partnerships
  • Demonstrate the ability to utilize and engage on various social media platforms to expand our global presence
  • Manage and expand a pipeline of prospective clients utilizing our CRM tools, guiding leads through a structured process
  • Conduct professional phone interviews and e-mail communications with prospective clients
  • Mentor fellow team members and foster their professional development
  • Adhere to company Compliance and Excellence guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional or business experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • General computer proficiency, including social media experience. Training will be provided if required
  • Goal oriented and possess a focused mindset
  • Coachable and eager to receive training and support to grow and succeed in this role

This independent contractor role offers the potential to earn an executive-level income. You can expect a minimum of $100,000 annually; the opportunity to earn up to $5,000USD per sale, along with the potential for leveraged income, allowing for limitless financial growth.
