• Serve as the lead specialist on digital tools supporting all customer segments across multiple geographies and divisions
• Develop and deliver training materials for sales, marketing, and customers on digital products and services
• Collaborate with Digital Product Managers to gather sales and customer feedback for product improvements
• Facilitate technology reviews and participate in business and culinary reviews with sales and marketing teams
• Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new product rollouts to sales teams

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service while managing multiple projects
• Strong knowledge and interest in industry trends related to digital technology
• Excellent organizational skills and well‑developed verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills for both small and large groups

• Previous experience working with senior management and driving change within an organization
• Self‑starter with exceptional time management skills
• Familiarity with digital technology solutions and applications in the food service industry
