Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead specialist on digital tools supporting all customer segments across multiple geographies and divisions
- Develop and deliver training materials for sales, marketing, and customers on digital products and services
- Collaborate with Digital Product Managers to gather sales and customer feedback for product improvements
- Facilitate technology reviews and participate in business and culinary reviews with sales and marketing teams
- Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new product rollouts to sales teams
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service while managing multiple projects
- Strong knowledge and interest in industry trends related to digital technology
- Excellent organizational skills and well‑developed verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills for both small and large groups
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with senior management and driving change within an organization
- Self‑starter with exceptional time management skills
- Familiarity with digital technology solutions and applications in the food service industry
