Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead specialist on digital tools supporting all customer segments across multiple geographies and divisions
• Develop and deliver training materials for sales, marketing, and customers on digital products and services
• Collaborate with Digital Product Managers to gather sales and customer feedback for product improvements
• Facilitate technology reviews and participate in business and culinary reviews with sales and marketing teams
• Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new product rollouts to sales teams
