Role Description

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will help produce high-quality products by following clear instructions and safety standards. This role involves working in a clean, fast-paced environment where attention to detail is important.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble tubing, connectors, and bags for medical products
  • Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and product drawings
  • Measure and build products to customer specifications
  • Inspect products during and after assembly
  • Keep accurate records and maintain safety and cleanliness
  • Work as part of a team and support process improvements
  • Work in a cleanroom environment with PPE
Profile
  • Secondary education or equivalent
  • Basic math and good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a cleanroom
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Can stand and move for 8-12 hours per shift
  • Able to wear protective clothing (gloves, hair net, safety glasses)
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
