What our Building Materials Broker will Do
- Identify and develop new product lines within specialty building materials
- Source, trade, and sell using your supplier/customer network
- Negotiate pricing, manage POs, and oversee order execution end-to-end
- Nurture long-term customer relationships with professionalism and integrity
- (Optional) Visit international suppliers and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated success in trading or sales within building materials or closely related sectors (millwork, engineered wood, panels, finishes, etc.)
- Strong network and reputation for honesty, reliability, and follow-through
- Entrepreneurial, self-managed operator who can open doors and grow accounts
- Experience with global sourcing, imports, and logistics is a plus
- No specific certifications required
Compensation & Benefits for our Building Materials Broker
- Structure: 100% commission with draws available
- Target 1st-Year Income: ~USD $100,000
- Total Potential: USD $84,000–$200,000+ (uncapped)
- Benefits: Health, Dental, 401(k), Profit Sharing
- Remote-first; global territory; no relocation required
