Position: Strategic Projects Coordinator

Location: Remote (Canada) | Part-time

Pay: $25–$40 per hour

• Coordinate project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Liaise with contractors, content contributors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment
• Assemble and refine content into client-ready deliverables, including workshop materials and facilitation guides
• Develop templates and tools for Indigenous organizations to be shared via our website and client platforms
• Prepare facilitation notes and materials for strategic sessions, workshops, and events
• Provide operational support including bookkeeping tasks using platforms such as QuickBooks and Microsoft 365
• Utilize digital tools including SurveyMonkey, Dropbox, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, and Poll Everywhere to support project delivery
• Apply ethical and efficient use of AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows

• Completion or active pursuit of a post-secondary degree or diploma in accounting, business administration, Indigenous governance, or a related field
• Demonstrated organizational and project coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Experience using digital platforms including SurveyMonkey, Dropbox, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, and Poll Everywhere
• Awareness of AI tools and their ethical application in professional settings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
• Experience working with Indigenous organizations or in consulting roles is considered an asset
