HRIS Business Systems Analyst
As a HRIS Business Systems Analyst, Consulting Manager you will make an impact by bridging Talent Acquisition and IT, driving the adoption and optimization of technology solutions that power our recruiting and HR processes. You will be a valued member of the Talent Acquisition Technology team and work collaboratively with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Salary: The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $129,500 depending on experience and other qualification of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
