This role is offered to active duty service members who are enrolled in the Skillbridge program or are looking for a Skillbridge internship only. This is a contract role for up to 6 months. Interns will be paid through the Skillbridge Program by the Department of Defense.

We are looking for a CSG Operations Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success Strategy & Operations - Scale within our Customer Solutions Group org, you will have the opportunity to partner with various stakeholders at all levels across the organization to support execution of our growth strategy.

• Partner with CSG leaders to aid in operating their business on a daily basis

• Partner with Business Systems teams to facilitate system enhancement requests

• Facilitate reporting requirements gathering to inform analytics needs

• Track and report on team KPIs and success metrics

• Partner with CSG teams to ensure data quality and integrity of internal systems

• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports and perform other ad-hoc data analysis as needed

• Provide content management, process documentation & communications support

• Be a resource for internal CSG end-users to field systems and reporting-related questions and issues

• Provide ad-hoc Project Management support as needed

• Develop productive and trusting relationships with leaders and other internal stakeholders

• 2+ years of operations and/or business analyst experience

• Thrives in a dynamic work environment and is able to manage competing priorities

• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Excellent problem solving skills with a strong desire to learn and grow

• Proven ability to work independently to achieve results

• Previous experience with generalized analytics tools, including dashboard and report building required

• Knowledge of Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Loopio (RFP platform) a strong plus
