Job summary
A leading marketing agency in Toronto seeks an experienced Account Director, Client Strategy, to lead strategic client relationships. This role entails managing a portfolio of valuable client accounts, focusing on retention and expansion. The ideal candidate will possess 7–12 years of agency or client services experience, specifically in B2B SaaS. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and a client-first mindset, alongside a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in agency or client services roles, preferably with B2B SaaS clients.
- Experience owning renewals, upsell, and cross-sell strategies across a $2M+ portfolio.
- Strong fluency in Paid Media, SEO, Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic client relationships and serve as a senior, day-to-day strategic lead.
- Develop and execute strategies for retention and expansion tied to NRR.
- Design integrated growth plans across all channels ensuring cohesive execution.
