A remote design and development agency is seeking a WordPress Engineer to build and enhance WordPress sites that support clients' missions. This full-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and proficiency in modern WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins. Candidates should have strong coding skills in PHP, JavaScript, and CSS, and familiarity with contemporary development tools. The position promotes a collaborative work environment and embraces diversity.

- 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience, including custom themes and plugins.
- Strong understanding of modern WordPress architecture and Full Site Editing concepts.
- Proficient with React for Gutenberg blocks; experience with Next.js is a plus.
