A professional women's soccer team based in Halifax is seeking a Performance & Video Analyst. This role involves leading video analysis workflows, including filming and coding for training and matches. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a soccer environment and high proficiency in video analysis platforms. Responsibilities include supporting the coaching staff with match insights and player development, ensuring all video content is accessible for team use. Strong communication and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.

The Performance & Video Analyst will lead video, coding, tagging, and performance analysis workflows for the Halifax Tides FC First Team. This role includes filming, clipping, organizing, and delivering video for training and matches; supporting opposition scouting; preparing player‑specific video packages; and assisting the technical staff with high‑performance insights.
This position works closely with the Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, Goalkeeping Coach, and Medical/Performance departments to ensure all video and data support the team’s playing philosophy, game model, and individual development plans.
