Responsibilities include:

• Providing professional tax preparation services with a minimum of 2+ years of paid experience.
• Using professional tax software to prepare and file personal tax returns, including complex cases involving employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
• Assisting clients in navigating tax laws and ensuring accurate filings.
• Interacting with clients via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Working a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Additional qualifications:

• Experience preparing corporate (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.

Skills and abilities:

• Fundamental understanding of tax laws and concepts, with a willingness to learn and stay updated.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to resolve complex problems and escalate issues when necessary.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay ranging from $24.50 to $33.50 per hour depending on location, with potential bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits.
