Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, self‑motivated, and highly organized account coordinator with a passion for all things HubSpot and Inbound. Our ideal candidate has several years of experience working on HubSpot across multiple Hubs at a HubSpot Partner Agency in a client‑facing role. Full mastery of all of HubSpot Hubs and functionality is a requirement. You should hold multiple HubSpot certifications and love Inbound Marketing.

Given your experience, you should have led client meetings, created campaign and content strategy, led custom HubSpot onboardings & implementations, and know how to manage teams to execute all aspects of the Inbound flywheel. You should love marketing strategy and can show examples of campaigns you’ve created and can speak to their impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective upmarket HubSpot implementations, onboarding, and supportive Inbound Marketing strategies that deliver on key business metrics and goals for our clients.
  • Work with our agency clients to deliver HubSpot‑centric products and services to their end‑clients (in a white‑label capacity) through frequent meetings, emails, Slack, and other tools.
  • Scoping and estimating effort required to deliver HubSpot solutions.
  • Manage and guide a team that delivers across the entire HubSpot ecosystem: marketing and content strategy, automation, SEO, SEM / PPC, lead nurturing, migration & integrations, reporting and more.
  • Accountability for delivering tasks and projects on‑time and at (or under) budget on a consistent basis.
  • Work with both internal and external resources such as developers, HubSpot experts, marketers, and more.
  • Keeping HubSpot certifications up to date while continually adding to your expertise.
  • Identify and apply metrics to monitor and measure the impact of the work we deliver.
  • You should be an expert in HubSpot & Inbound Marketing.
About You
  • University degree or equivalent in marketing, business & communications, and / or similar discipline.
  • 3+ years of progressive marketing experience with a strong background in a HubSpot Partner Agency providing Inbound Marketing and / or onboarding & implementation.
  • Excited about talking with clients, leading meetings, and solving problems for our clients.
  • Multiple certifications from HubSpot.
  • Hold certificates in Google Analytics, Google Ads (not required but a plus).
  • Proficient in HubSpot. Google Workspace, WordPress, Canva, ahrefs, Adobe Creative Suite, Databox, and other Inbound tools. Big plus for Clickup experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences clearly.

Since launching in this new vertical, we’ve added over 52 agencies to our roster of clients, and we’re looking for YOU to help us deliver expert agency‑focused marketing and HubSpot services to them.
