We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to create and distribute content that drives traffic, sign-ups, and brand awareness. You’ll be our go-to person for blogs, SEO content, email campaigns, and social posts.

This role is perfect if you love writing, understand how to turn ideas into engaging articles, and can balance creativity with SEO.

• Write and publish high-quality blog posts (interview tips, role-specific guides, industry insights).
• Optimize content for SEO (keywords, structure, internal linking).
• Repurpose blog content into LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and social snippets.
• Track content performance (traffic, conversions) and improve accordingly.
• Research trends in job interviews, AI, and career development.
• Collaborate with the founder and team to shape our content strategy.

• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO writing, or similar.
• Strong writing and editing skills (English).
• Basic SEO knowledge (keyword research, on-page optimization).
• Comfortable using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Analytics (a plus).
• Startup mindset: proactive, independent, and results-driven.

• Experience in SaaS or EdTech.
• Knowledge of multiple languages (bonus, not required).
• Familiarity with AI tools for writing or research.
