Job Title: Accountant
Location: Anywhere in British Columbia

Salary: $50K–$75K

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Accountant who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving real-world finance challenges. In this role, you’ll support multiple growing companies by managing day-to-day accounting operations, payroll, and compliance—while learning from experienced finance leaders and exploring ways to improve processes through automation and smart systems.

• Process transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate bookkeeping workflows
• Manage payroll end-to-end for multiple small teams, ensuring compliance and timely submissions
• Prepare compliance filings (GST/HST, PST, WCB, EHT) and support working paper development
• Contribute to ad-hoc reporting, cash flow tasks, and process improvement initiatives

• Proficiency in cloud-based accounting tools (Xero, QBO) and Excel
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and Canadian tax compliance
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Rippling, Payworks)
• Initiative, attention to detail, and comfort working in lean, fast-moving teams

• Remote-first flexibility and autonomy over your schedule
• Exposure to diverse industries and finance functions, from bookkeeping to FP&A
