Job summary
A staffing agency is seeking an Entry-Level Line Operator in Vaughan to support electronics manufacturing. Responsibilities include system-level testing, assembly, inspection, and quality assurance of routers and switches. Candidates should have a diploma in Electronics or equivalent experience, strong attention to detail, and teamwork skills. The role offers a pay rate of $19.75/hr with a Monday to Friday schedule and the potential for full-time conversion.
Qualifications
- Diploma or experience in Electronics preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Familiarity with IPC 610 and electronic components.
Responsibilities
- Perform system-level testing (Pre-Test, Burn-In, Final Test).
- Assemble and inspect PCBA and final product packaging.
- Operate tools/fixtures and follow detailed work instructions.

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Line Operator to support electronics manufacturing of routers and switches. You’ll assemble, inspect, and test products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Pay Rate: $19.75/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST
Potential to convert to full-time.
- Perform system-level testing (Pre-Test, Burn-In, Final Test)
- Assemble and inspect PCBA and final product packaging
- Operate tools/fixtures and follow detailed work instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and support team goals
- Diploma or experience in Electronics preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods (breaks provided)
- Familiarity with IPC 610 and electronic components
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills for logging results
